Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke Presents Semi-Annual Monetary Policy Report to Congress

Some links to examine Wednesday, February 27, 2008 testimony from Chairman Bernanke. The market believes the Fed will cut rates by 25 basis points. Time will tell if growth is really a more pressing problem than stabilization. We seem to be facing stagflation but that is a topic for another time.
